Our founder began their career in childcare from 2006 to 2011, then transitioned to aged care in 2012-2013. They became a support worker in 2014, finding fulfilment in providing one on one, person centred support.
From 2020 to 2021, they assisted participants and families in support coordination. Most recently prior to founding Empower Care Choice, they worked at Crescent Respite from 2022 to 2024, continuing their commitment to dedicated disability support.
